📜 1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering soulepurevana.com or acquiring any of our wildcrafted artisanal creations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact our concierge team before placing an order.

🌊 2. Artisanal Craft & Botanical Character

Every jar of Soulépurevana sea moss gel is cold-poured from wildcrafted St. Lucian sea moss harvested in protected volcanic marine sanctuaries. Because our ingredients are 100% natural and free of artificial emulsifiers or synthetic binders, natural slight variances in texture, natural pigmentation, and ocean aroma may occur and represent the purity of each small batch.

📦 3. Cold-Chain Shipping & Freshness Assurance

Because wildcrafted sea moss gel is an active living botanical product, specific handling conditions apply:

Immediate Refrigeration Required: All jars are shipped in insulated eco-friendly packaging with non-toxic cooling packs. Upon delivery, jars must be unboxed and refrigerated immediately (keep at 34°F - 38°F / 1°C - 3°C). Jars stay pristine for up to 4 weeks refrigerated or up to 6 months frozen.

Please ensure someone is available at your delivery destination to receive the package promptly. Soulépurevana cannot be held liable for packages left unattended under high temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods after carrier delivery confirmation.

💳 4. Billing, Pricing & Currencies

All prices are listed in your selected currency (GBP, USD, EUR, etc.) and calculated accurately at checkout. Payments are securely authorized via Stripe or PayPal. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the specified credit card, debit card, or payment account.

🌿 5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh cold-poured sea moss gels, we do not accept returns of opened or delivered food products. However, your complete satisfaction is our sacred commitment:

Damaged in Transit: If your jar arrives cracked, leaking, or damaged by the carrier, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will dispatch an immediate replacement at zero cost or issue a prompt refund.
Quality Concerns: If your delivery does not meet our rigorous purity standards, contact concierge@soulepurevana.com and our wellness team will resolve it within 24 business hours.
